Welcome to Pass the Parcel! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pass the Parcel mobile application ("the App") provided by Rob Hesketh ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Pass the Parcel is a party game app that plays music and stops at random intervals to facilitate the traditional "pass the parcel" game. The App includes:
We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use. We recommend enabling automatic updates to ensure you have the latest features and security improvements.
The App offers optional premium content ("Premium Songs") available for purchase. Premium content unlocks additional music genres for use in gameplay.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to:
Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect purchases already completed.
All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
You can restore previously purchased premium content on any device signed into the same Apple ID. Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If you are an EU or UK consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
